Shipping and Delivery
Policy:
The United States Postal Service (USPS) provides our standard shipping
service. We ship your in-stock purchases via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business
days (excluding Sunday) of receipt of order. Express shipping is sent 1-3 business days after order. Your items should arrive at their
destination within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. If you
are located in the Carolinas, 5-7 business days from date of shipment. This excludes orders for which we are given incorrect
or incomplete addresses. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail can be tracked
online using the tracking code provided in your order confirmation statement..
If you're in an extra hurry to receive your items, orders placed for in-stock
items before 12 P.M. (EST) may be shipped via overnight service upon your
request for an additional charge. Please call Customer Service to arrange for
special shipping arrangements at 877-347-0727. Oversized or heavy orders may
require extra charges. Please contact Customer Service for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories or outside of the United States. International Rates vary
by location, so please call Customer Service. In order to better serve you,
please provide us with a daytime and evening telephone number in case we need
to clarify your order.

Priority Mail-for APO/FPO only
If you are shipping to a PO Box or a military address ( APO or FPO ) you must
ship your order using the US Postal Service. Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed method of shipping. Made In The Carolinas is not responsible for packages lost,
stolen or otherwise missing. Priority Mail packages are normally delivered
within 3 to 5 days. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
International Shipping
Please contact Customer Service at 877-347-0727 for ALL International
Shipping information.
Holiday Shipping
Made In The Carolinas makes every effort to deliver your holiday orders on time
and accurately. Please be aware that as we get closer to Christmas, shipping
delays may occur. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your package,
please contact us.
For products directly shipped by vendor, please note that the cut off dates will
be TWO days earlier than the normal cut off dates below:

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from
the Made In The Carolinas online store. Therefore, every Non-Food item we sell
is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your Non-Food purchase
or gift for any reason, we will be happy to replace your item or provide you
with a credit for the purchase within 30 days of your order, excluding any
shipping charges. Shipping charges are refunded only if the fault is that of
Made In The Carolinas.
If you wish to make a
return, please send an email to: customerservice@madeinthecarolinas.com. Please
be sure to include your name, email address, order number, the reason for your
return, and if you would like the item replaced or prefer credit for the
purchase of other items. We will then issue you a Return Code Authorization. Returns
with out an Return Code Authorization will not be accepted. Feel free to
call Customer Service 877-347-0727 if you have any questions regarding a
return.
Food Return Policy
While we want you to be
completely satisfied with every purchase from the Made In The Carolinas online
store, we cannot accept any Food return on any Food product once it has been
opened. If the item was damaged in transit then it becomes a damage claim
to the carrier.
If you obtain a Return Code
Authorization and return any Food item that is open, we will discard it
and you will not be issued a refund.
We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause you.
Communications with this Site
Any communication or other content that you transmit to this Site, whether
by e-mail, posting, uploading, or otherwise, will be treated as
non-confidential and non-proprietary. By transmitting content to this Site, you
